For some of us, the lowly Lessons Learned is one of those ‘have to do’ items in the Project Management artifacts folder.  Some of us push it off, forget it, rush it, or minimize it.  If used correctly, it becomes the ‘primer’ for your next project.  Join us this month to rethink the Lessons Learned process, understand the benefits of the Lessons Learned, prevent repeat issues, save time and money, and create a workable template.

In a nutshell, Digital Transformation (DX) is all about data.  Whether you are using it to make business decisions or selling it for a profit, data is the output of value from our digital world.  We’ve doubled the amount of it over the last two years and we get it from places we never thought possible (think IoT).  We can’t handle all this data but computers can.  Computers can use it to “learn” and we can tell the computers what we want them to “learn”.  But do we really know how to use this data.  Do we really know what to direct the computers to learn?  Do we really know what is valuable and what isn’t?
