Not another salad - Which diet should you choose for healthy eating during your workdayA registered dietitian for more than 30 years, Marsha Kenner has combined her back ground in athletic training and knowledge of nutrition science to help hundreds of people make healthful changes to their eating and fitness habits. As an Army wife she has taken her show on the road across the southern US and in Germany. At present she is working at WakeMed Health and Hospitals as the Cardiac Rehab Dietitian. Her motto: “We eat right to be strong fit and healthy. Her mantra: “Balance, variety, moderation.”

In this session, participants will be engaged in a workshop that will cover four components of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and practice some techniques that can be used to develop one’s own EQ.
