Abstract

Success communicating online requires an understanding of how content must be specifically designed for the web. Essentials of of Online Content Strategy shares fundamental principles of writing for and presenting content on the web. It is presented by professional web content strategist and active Toastmaster member. Data on how users consume online content is discussed. Through a case-based approach, design options are explored. We conclude by reviewing methods of measuring success and making insight-based improvements..
