Abstract:

Project success depends on meeting the project's intended value and benefits, and quality is an integral part of product and project success.

The term "Everyone is responsible for Quality" promotes the quality culture in agile organizations. However, "Who from everyone in the team is responsible for quality" and "What are the boundaries of quality," and "How an agile team member can contribute to quality improvement based on the knowledge and skills" are not prescribed in standard agile frameworks.

This presentation discusses specific quality and testing strategies to achieve product and project quality in an agile environment. The key focus is to divide overall quality activities among the team based on their skills, knowledge, and understanding of the product quality.
