Communications CoP: Let’s make it clear: I am not an adult babysitter!Cisco Campus | Building 3, First Floor, The Vault Conference Room This is a NCPMI Communication & Public Speaking CoP- NCPL Toastmasters Club Meeting. Cisco Campus - Building 3, First Floor, The Vault Conference Room Abstract
No one will argue all projects have challenges, but did you know that most challenges are caused by people? In fact, throughout my 18-yr career, one of the most common complaints among project managers is having to babysit others to complete tasks. Please join tonight’s conversation as we revisit the project manager’s role, the challenges we face, and how we can embrace our role to prevent and prepare for those challenges. At the end of our chat, you will discover (or rediscover) the leader in you. You will also take home a strategy on how to increase the success of your projects. Learning Objectives:
