Getting PDU's by learning about Project Risk Management can be a lot of fun.  Come join us as we work in teams, Networking, Knowledge Sharing and Exploring the story of the Titanic from a Project Risk Management view point. We'll cover the basics of a Risk Register then use it as we create a Risk Breakdown structure using the Titanic's Lessons as our Risk Categories then drill down to populate the Risk Checklist with our own project experience.
