Abstract:

The ability to set boundaries is one of the most important skills to master for both personal and professional growth. One of the most important aspects of a good boundary is the ability to say “No” to the people, activities and engagements that do not advance us personally or professionally. This interactive seminar will help you learn when and how to say “No” with grace and professionalism.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn techniques so that when you need to say “No,” you will be able to say it while preserving personal and professional relationships.
